Stage One - Design Concept

Based on the latest F&B trends , we will develop the concept of the restaurant.

Stage Two - Construction & Set Up

Manage the whole process of constructing and setting up the restaurant to become operational.

Stage Three – Prelaunch

Manage all the prelaunch activities including the preparation of the manuals, materials and resources needed to successfully launch the restaurant.

Stage Four – Operate

In this stage we offer to operate the new restaurant for a total period of 12 months starting with the grand opening event.
